We are looking for someone with great communication and customer service skills and a willingness to work well with a small team.

   

Tasks and Duties

Role Duties and Responsibilities include:
  • Answering the incoming calls
  • Booking appointments and responding to enquiries
  • Meeting, greeting, and screening patients warmly
  • Scanning and filing
  • Invoicing and taking payments
  • Assisting the administration team
   

Skills, Experience, Hours/Availability and Resources

The role is for 20-30 hours per week and involves some flexibility. The successful candidate for this position will be someone who:
  • Has good time management and organization skills
  • Customer focused and friendly manner
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent administrative and computer skills
  • Medtech 32 experience is preferred but not essential
  • Be able to legally work in NZ
  • Be available to work during school holidays and be flexible with rostered hours
  • Desire to take on new tasks
 

Benefits
